Terms and Conditions of Payment
- All prices current as of Jan. 2011 and include GST.
- Payment methods accepted: eftpos, credit card, cash, cheque, or EFT (commonwealth bank BSB 062-140 Acct. 10672875)
- All series packages have an expiry date - please consider this when purchasing the package that is appropriate for you.
- Expiry dates for packages can be extended in special circumstances - please send request of extension in writing minimum 2 weeks before original expiry date.
- Expiry dates for packages will be extended when purchasing more than one package at a time. ie 10 GPS and 10 Private.
- Packages are non- refundable but can be transferred to another client under special circumstances.
- A full 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling bookings or full fees apply.
- Health fund rebates depending on individual plans.
- Gift Certificates available for all services.
