Our fully certified professional instructors bring years of experience to our calm, sunlit boutique studio. Our members enjoy a welcoming, encouraging environment whether they are beginners or experienced Pilate’s enthusiasts alike.
Over the years many families have made Chatswood Pilates Studio their home base for keeping fit, recovering from injuries and preventing more. We have over 15 couples that attend so you could say “a family that Pilates together, stays (stronger) together.”

Why the Pilates Method works
Pilates is used in rehabilitation to retrain and restore optimal musculoskeletal function by promoting healthy neuromuscular movement patterns to alleviate pain and prevent further injury.
Pilates is more than core stabilization, it normalizes and integrates muscle recruitment patterns and rebuilds efficiency in normal movement and function for the entire body.
Pilates’ equipment is spring loaded to provide resistance that is variable and “functional” using the entire body.
In addition to having all the traditional Pilates equipment, we also incorporate the use of the Power Plate vibration machine, Freeform boards, BOSU and much more.
