Booking Terms and Conditions
Pre-booking and pre-payment is required for ALL sessions and classes.
Cancellation Policy: a full 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change bookings otherwise full fees apply.
Clients holding recurring weekly scheduled bookings that incur 3 consecutive booking cancelations will be asked to book on a casual bases no more than 24 hours in advance.
Semi-Private Studio Sessions, Matwork, Reformer, Tower and Jumpboard classes require a minimum of 2 people to run as a group. If you are the only client booked in you may be contacted & given the following options:
- Re-schedule appointment
- Upgrade to a private session
Payment Terms and Conditions
All prices current as of January 2019 and include GST.
Preferred payment methods accepted: STRIPE, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard
Ezidebit for auto-pay and memberships for clients with recurring weekly bookings. (T&C below)
All payment methods incur a service fee, amount varies depending on the method of payment and current bank CC fees.
Please take note of the expiry date of your package. Expiry deadlines will not be extended.
Packages are non- refundable and none transferable.
Health fund rebates available for Remedial Massage Therapy a receipt will be issue at the time of the service for you to submit to your fund.
Terms Auto Pay (Direct Debit memberships packages)
- eDebit is the company that sets up the direct debit – look for eDebit in the description on your bank statement.
- Your nominated account, bank or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) will be debited on either the day of your last session booked and paid for or on the date of expiry. For example: When you attend the 10th session of your 10 semi-private Auto Pay Package the next payment will be due and therefore your nominated account will be debited.
- To cancel your direct debit please EMAIL Chatswood Pilates Studio when you have at least 2 sessions remaining on your current Auto Pay Package.
- Cancellation Policy: a full 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change a booking otherwise full fees apply. The session will be deducted from your Auto Pay Package.
- We recommend using your online account to cancel sessions via our website booking page.
- [Merchant processing fees currently waived for 2019 – Note AMEX and Diners Club not currently accepted ] You will be notified by email if and when processing fees will be implemented. Merchant processing fees as of Jan 2019 are: $0.79 applied to all transactions, An additional 1.65% is added to Visa and MasterCard and 3.2% is added to AMEX and Diners Club Direct Debit transactions.
- If your Direct Debit defaults, due to insufficient funds or otherwise the charges from the merchant passed onto your fees.
- This Auto Pay Direct Debit pack can only be used in payment for the package that has been purchased.
- Auto Pay Pack discount rates are only available for our Auto Pay Packs. These rates are less than our standard non-auto pay rates because there is less admin work to be done. If you don’t want to register for an Auto Pay pack, you will not be eligible for the auto pay rates.
